It was brought to my attention. That in the brackets the time could be confusing because of the date listed before the time.

Hello coaches,

One rule that I would like emphasize is the pitching max per game.

Rules state:
-Players can pitch a maximum of 3 innings per game.

-one out constitutes as an inning pitched.

-Opposing coach is reponsible for keeping track and making the umpire aware if a team attempts to pitch a player over the limit. After a player has pitched, results will not be changed and no protests will be heard.

The last part is what I want to emphasize. Everyone has gamechanger and is awareif the other team(hopefully on accident) is pitching a kid over the limit. Don't wait until after the game and then ask for a forfeit. We are not going back and awarding forfeits for breaking the rule.

Hello Coaches,

we are excited to host everyone at the park this weekend.

RULES
I've sent the rules out attached to a previous email. They are also posted in exposure under documents. Please read through them and if you have any question let us know.

PARKING
I've attached a map of the park and tried my best to circle the parking areas. Please note that the parking closest to fields 7-10 is reserved for umpires and volunteers. There isn't a great parking area close for those fields, just plan on having to walk a little. We should have some signs up to direct people.

CONCESSIONS
The park will running concessions. If I remember correctly they have hot dogs, pizza, snacks and drinks. In years past it has been cash only, but the park has said this year they will accept card and cash. Our club has nothing to do with concessions, I'm just passing on the information given to me.

UMPIRES
This is a tough weekend to find umpires with High School playoffs going.
It took some work, but we were again able to secure enough umpires to have two umpires for all 10u-12u games. I expect the umpires to be respectful and do a reasonably good job, with that being said, please treat them wirh respect as well. I want the umpires to enjoy their time out here so we can keep them coming back.

Tournament shirts need to be ordered by May 19th, they will be available for pick up at the tournament. We have added a cotton shirt option along with the dry fit. Also, there is a ladies cotton tank option now as well.

Updated Rules
I've attached the updated rules for this year. Please take some time and look them over. Especially the 9U and 8U coaches, as there are more specific rules for your age groups. If anyone has any questions please let us know.

Scheduling
We will be closing registration this upcoming week and will begin working schedule. If you have any special requests for Saturday pool games please let us know now(no promises we can accomadate, but we will try). After the schedule comes out we will no longer be willing to honor any requests.

Rosters and Insurance
Watch for an email coming out over the next couple weeks. We will be asking for you to submit your insurance and rosters then. They must be submitted before the tournament.
