Hi Coaches,

First off, thank you for joining us for the 9U WF Turf Invite this weekend! We’re excited to host you and are looking forward to some great baseball.

We did have a team drop out last minute, which required us to make some adjustments to the schedule. The updated schedule has now been posted.

As we made changes, we prioritized a few key things to ensure a great experience for everyone:

No team plays more than 3 games in a single day
Every team will still receive their 3-game guarantee
Game start times remain consistent with original plans to help with your planning

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding, and we’re confident the updated schedule sets us all up for a fun and competitive weekend.

We are looking forward to the tournament this upcoming weekend.

Just an FYI - Unfortunately we have had a team that was hit hard by the storm this past weekend, and are unable to play this upcoming weekend. We are working through options, and are trying to find a team to replace the team that is not able to play.

If we are not able to find an additional team, we will have to update the schedule of the tournament. We will not have any team start earlier than they are already supposed to play, and we will try to keep Friday game times similar to what had been set if unable to find an additional team to play.

We will finalize the schedule tomorrow, early afternoon at the latest.
