The last game of the day at Gulf Coast woll not take place. Due to impending weather and families having to drive, we have cancelled the final game of the evening. The current game will be attempted to play

LSU 16U Championship has resumed at LSU. In Denham Springs, many people are working the turf in an attempt to make safe to play by removing standing water. . We will continue to update. If more rain comes, it will likely make unplayable.

We are in rain delays at both LSU and Denham Springs. Updates to come

The Championship Bracket for both 18 & 16 Division is now set! Winners of Semi Final games will advance to the Championship Game!

Coaches may nominate as many of their players for All Tournament Team as they would like. Our staff will be selecting players tomorrow after the event and will post All Tournament Selections on our Showcase Series social media pages Monday at 5:00pm. Please include the players first and last name, positions played and any supporting stats. You can email this to us at office@ShowcaseSeries.org

Games are being streamed at Denham Springs HS and can be watched at www.showcaseseries.org.

All games @ LSU will be streamed with play by play. This can be viewed @ ShowcaseSeries.org & the Showcase Series App by tapping the YoutTube Live button. All teams should email rosters to info@jockjive.com prior to their game at LSU. Please include players first & last name along with jersey number. This allows for players to be recognized.

Lineups can be turned into the pressbox prior to your game. After the weekend, archived video can be found and downloaded on JockJive.com and utilized as a keepsake, recruiting and/or a great tool for self evaluation.

18 Division will play 3 Pool Play games, Pool Winners advance to Championship Bracket. Pool Winners are seeded based on W/L RA RS. 1 Seed plays 4 Seed, 2 Seed plays 3 Seed, Winners advance to Championship Game (Head to Head applies)

16 Division will play 3 Pool Play games, Pool Winners advance to Championship Bracket. Pool Winners are seeded based on W/L RA RS. 1 Seed plays 4 Seed, 2 Seed plays 3 Seed, Winners advance to Championship Game (Head to Head applies)

Home / Away Team is predetermined. Bottom Team on Schedule is Home Team, Top Team is Visitor. Higher Seed is always Home Team in Bracket Play.

Tie Breaker rules in Pool Play - Head to Head (only if all teams in pool play each other), Runs Allowed, Runs Scored

ALL teams supply their own baseballs.

Games are 1 hour 50 minute no new inning. In the event of inclement weather, game times can be shortened.

All Tournament Team Selections will be made on Monday following the event. Coaches send nominations to nsingleton@gsbsports.com (Players first last name, positions played, any supporting stats)

Mercy rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
