NO Refunds. In the event of inclement weather, we recommend waiting until the game begins to enter the stadium.
Concessions will be available @ Eagle Stadium (NO Outside Food or Beverages allowed) *Players & Coaches are allowed to bring drinks and small coolers.

General Information
$250 Deposit Due Upon Registration (non-refundable) //
Event Fee Due 10 Days Prior To Event (non-paid teams are pulled from event) //
REFUND POLICY:
Zero games played, 75% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year //
One game played, 50% of entry fee is credited for future Showcase Series event in same calendar year //
Two or more games played is considered a full tournament //
*Teams that pull out within 2 weeks of an event will not receive any refund or credit
