*PARKING - AAG charges $5 per car/day, please plan accordingly
*GATE FEES - AAG charges a Gate Fee of $10/person, they also have a weekend pass available. ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES ARE FREE.

DIVISIONS/ENTRY FEE
16u (JV) - $1,250
18u (Varsity) - $1,250
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT:
4 GAME FORMAT: Teams may begin play on Friday as early as 5pm, but we will try to start everyone on Saturday morning! Format can very from pool play to playoffs format to straight bracket play for entire event.
**Teams may be eliminated by end of day Sunday, we will try to get all teams games on Monday.
**Semi-Finals and Championships will be played on Monday.
**There may be other formats used depending on the layout of a division
ENTRY DEADLINE: February 1st, 2025 (Or when a division reaches capacity)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 1 week before the event
GATE FEES: There will be a gate fees at each location for this event. Gate fees vary by location, contact Director for details.
**Arizona Athletic Grounds run their own gate fee program, these fees are in the $10 per day per person range. There is also $5/day parking fees at Arizona Athletic Grounds (this is new policy that just got sent to us as the facility changed ownership groups).
