Coaches, there are no seeds on turf fields not even in the dugout. If the camereas they have at sportzone show your team spitting seeds there is a $250.00 fine to be paid before you play your next game. It is just crazy to me that we still spit seeds on turf fields and can't respect the fields.

Teams at Glenoak your times have changed because Gelnoak HS won their playoff game and are practicing tomorrow from 9am to 11am. The website is updated.

Turf fields no metal spikes or seeds. Parents please don't spit seeds int he grass or concrete. The wind will pick up the seeds and blow them on the field.
