Get out of town to the Northwest's #1 Vacation Destination while your team competes in one of the year's most competitive events!! ***WCP Tournaments partners up with the 5 local Bend/LaPine High School baseball programs for this event! Local programs assist with field care, site supervision, and game officials (student athletes). This partnership brings more than $45,000 in donations to the local Bend/LaPine High School baseball programs and allows student/athletes the opportunity to be a part of the baseball community!!!

4 GAME GUARANTEE: 
Divisions will be pre-segmented into Majors and AAA
**If not at least 4 teams in a segmented division, we will combo for pool play
**Only Championship Bracket will receive Awards Packages (no Silver or Consolation brackets)
(Premium Team 1st Place, Premium Team 2nd Place, Premium Individual 1st Place awards, Premium Individual 2nd place awards)

LOCATION: Games for this tournament will be played primarily in Bend, but there will also be venues in LaPine, Redmond, and Sisters.

ENTRY FEE:
9u/10u: $950
11u/12u: $1,000
13u: $1,100 (13u Majors will play 60/90, AAA/AA will play 54/80)
14u: $1,100

*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees

FORMAT: Pool Play Saturday and Sunday, Playoffs Monday
**Some divisions may use different formats depending on the number of teams entered, field slots available, etc.**

ENTRY DEADLINE: 2 weeks prior to event (or when sold out)

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event

GATE FEES: There are no gate fees at this event

LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.

We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss. Some events run a very strict "Stay to Play" as they require a large amount of umpires/staff and we can earn rooms for the umpires. Other events are very loose.

***LODGING BUYOUT*** - This applies to all National and Platinum events (AZ, Border Wars, Bend, NW Club Championships, and Vegas Desert Fall Classic). If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
