COLLEGE TEAM CAMP INVITE - 16u/17u Teams Only (2026/2027 Grads):

All teams will play 3 games, 1 Friday (as early as 2pm), 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday
**There are no awards/prizes as this is a College Showcase event.
**Saturday all teams will participate in a private workout with the Lewis & Clark coaching staff before their game.

ENTRY FEE:
$1,795
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT: 1 Gm Friday between 12pm-Dark, 1 Gm Saturday (Private workout w/ staff before game), 1 Gm Sunday between 8a-6p
**Game play will be 5 batters or 3 outs per half inning**
**Games will go for 2 hours**
ENTRY DEADLINE: If accepted, full payment of the Team Camp Fee will be required by March 1, 2025 (or when sold out-6 TEAM MAX)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event
GATE FEES: There may be a $5/day gate fee for all spectators 13 and older at this event. Players and Coaches are Free
LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.
We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss. Some events run a very strict "Stay to Play" as they require a large amount of umpires/staff and we can earn rooms for the umpires. Other events are very loose.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - This applies to all National and Platinum events (AZ, Border Wars, Bend, NW Club Championships, and Vegas Desert Fall Classic). If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
