Scheduling has started and divisions have been split. In an effort to get this out 2 weeks early (by the end of this weekend) this is the final call for feedback

Is your team placed in the correct competitive division?
Check your placement and the other teams in that division (AA/AAA/Maj)
If not, we need to know by FRIDAY - 5pm
Coaches, please email matt.creaser@toptiersports.net only if you are petitioning to go up or down. If you are accurate, no need to reply.

Unpaid teams have been sent final invoice reminders.
Friday at 5pm, unpaids are being moved out of the event and to the waiting list

Rosters and Waivers
All teams were sent roster reminders. If your roster is already on there, no need to acknowledge that link. If you need to make any additions or subtractions feel free to do so. Additionally, send out parent waivers to those who haven't e-signed.

We are inside of 30 days until the Top Tier Bombs for Moms event. This event is sold out and our waitlist is growing.

UPDATES
Payments are due! Beginning FRIDAY, all unpaid teams will be moved to the waitlist and replaced by team awaiting entry.

Division Splits - have begun and will be continued throughout the week to create mulitiple competitive flights.

Field Assignments - WIll be assigned in the coming days by age group.
We will group competitive groups together at locations and make geographical considerations to keep teams close to home when available.

Goal is to get this schedule to you no later than 2 weeks prior for adequate planning.

Teams
Top Tier Bombs for Moms is at capacity and the waitlsit is growing.

Payments - if your team is unpaid, payment is due 30 days prior to the start of the event, so that will be April 11th.
On april 11th, unpaid teams may be replaced by wait listed teams.
Please ensure your spot is secured with payment.

Rosters and Waivers is something that can be done anytime, feel free to begin working on updating your team now.

Scheduling
You should expect a game schedule 2 weeks in advance of the event. We will begin splitting age groups into aa / aaa / and major divisions this week to provide for competitive balances.
