Here are some updates as we prepare for the weekend.

1. We made a few schedule changes today. Please check your schedule to ensure accurate schedule.
2. Please make sure to join the game changer invite. Games will populate once we have every team joined.
3. Rosters - roster reminders were sent to teams today who didn't have at least 9 showing.
4. Weather - all games are scheduled for turf. All games will be played as schedule. Site supervisors / umpires will make gametime decisions on playability.

All teams expected to follow Top Tier Rules for 10u AAA
Pitching - 46' / Bases - 60'
Bats - USA Bats or Wood (no usssa bats)
Dropped 3rd Strike - 10u Batter is Out / 11u and 12u Make the Play

Schedule is now public for Top Tier All Star Prep Tournament. We are excited to host your team June 21-22. Here is some information to help you prepare.

1. Rosters
Each team was sent a roster link this morning. Please work on completing this prior to the event. Rosters will lock at midnight, the night before. In addition to the roster, waivers will be sent to each parent to digitially sign.
Every player participaing in an event by Top Tier Sports is required to be on the official roster and have a signed waiver.

2. Communication
All communication moving forward will be through our app/website. We encourange all families to download the Top Tier Sports App for realtime updates and communication.

3. Locations / Venues
10u - South Mercer Playfields
14 total teams. Top 8 play gold bracket, Next 4 play silver bracket, bottom 2 play consolation games.

11u AAA - Sirius Sports Complex
16 team modified bracket. Winners move right, losers move left into 4 unique brackets on Sunday.

11u Major - Dodd Fields and Sirius Sports Complex
12 teams into a 8 team gold bracket and 4 team silver bracket

12u AAA - Dodd Fields and Meadowdale Playfields
5 team round robin. Top 4 make the gold bracket. 5 seed gets two consolation games.

12u Major - Meadowdale Playfields and Sirius Sports Complex
9 team round robin. Top 4 teams make the gold bracket. Next 4 make the silver bracket. 9 seed gets two consolation games.

4. Gamechanger
Leading up to the event, you will be sent a link to join the tournament through game changer. All games will be "housed" in a common location. Top Tier will populate your schedule into gamechanger and we will utilize your scoring of the game to choose an all-tournament team.

5. Rules
All games will be played with 46' pitching and 60' bases. We have linked our standard rules for Top Tier Sports below. Because this is an All Star Prep Tournament and our overall rules utilize leading off, we will have all teams for all ages following the Top Tier Sports Rule Set for 10u AAA (our highest non-leadoff division) with the following exceptions:

a) dropped 3rd strike will be in effect for all 11u and 12u divisions
b) usa bats (wood and bbcor would also be permitted)
c) bpf 1.15 bats are not allowed in this tournament

6. Baseballs and Umpires
Top Tier Sports will provide baseballs and umpires for each contest.

The Top Tier All Star Prep Tournament is 1 month away. We know there are a ton of questions. I hope that this message will answer most of them.

The interest is SUPER HIGH on this event. The waitlist is growing. All entries need to be paid within 30 days of the event (for confirmed teams) which is Wednesday, May 21st. Again, please pay to confirm your spot.

For those on the waitlist, we have recently added Dodd Fields in Issaquah as well as Lake Hills in Bellevue and Marymoor in Redmond. We will have the ability to add teams that are currently waitlisted.

For planning purposes, you can expect to play at one of those locations

This weekend we are working on a 400+ team Memorial Weekend Tournament that has the majority of our immediate attention.

The plan is to get age groups dialed into specific locations and teams added off wait lists the end of this week and working into next week.

Reminder, unpaid teams will move to the waitlist and replaced by teams that are already waitlisted.
