The Top Tier Cinco de Mayo kicks off this weekend.
You should see your gamechanger games populate FRIDAY if not done so already. We are waiting for a few teams to join, then the rest will populate.
If you are communicating gametimes through self-created games, that is totally fine, just be sure to score the tournament game.

Sportsmanship --- please adhere to all park policies as well as Top Tier Rules. If questions arise on the field, let the coaches and umpires work towards a resolution. Teams will always have the ability to protest a rule interpretation. Yelling, screaming, or becoming unruly towards officials does nobody any good.

Bethel HS - Turf mound, natural surface. No spikes on mound.

Dacca - dirt infields with turf mounds. No spikes on mounds.
On Site: Ty

Graham Kapowsin HS - Turf Mound, Turf Bullpen, Turf Batting Cages. No Spikes on turf. The playing surface is natural, so spikes are allowed everywhere but the mound.
On Site: David

Heritage Rec Center - 1 thru 4 are dirt infields with turf mounds. 5 is turf infield.
No spikes on turf mounds or turf infields. Additionally, no seeds on turf.
On Site: Earl and Baron

Hogan Park 1 - All turf. No spikes or seeds
On Site: Jay

Marymoor - dirt infields with turf mounds.
On Site: Connor

Meadowdale Playfields - turf infields with turf mounds. No spikes or seeds permitted.

On Site: Sylvester

Regional Athletic Complex (rac) - turf infields - no spikes, seeds, or dogs
Sirius Sports Complex - all turf, no spikes, no seeds.

Gamechanger
Each team will be receiving a link to join the event on Gamechanger. The tournament will populate into your team's page and all data and scores will be housed in one location. Be on the lookout for an email from Ryan to join.

Baseballs are provided by the tournament. Baden 2bb is the official ball.

Fields
If the field has turf (infield and/or outfield) metal spikes are not permitted.
If the mound is turf, metal spikes are not permitted.

Unpaid teams will be removed TODAY for scheduling and field allocations.

Coaches
We have started the process of scheduling the Cinco de Mayo tournament May 3rd and 4th and expect to have that schedule to you next week to provide ample time for planning purposes.

Please ensure that your entry fee is paid. This weekend all unpaid teams will be removed. Payment reminders have been sent to those unpaid teams.

We will always do our best to create the most competitive event and keep teams relatively close to home, at least 1 of the 2 days while providing the best possible competition available.

Take a look and let us know if you are in the correct competitive division. Here are a couple things to note when looking at this:
1) The AA division is a 5 run max per inning limit at all levels.
2) AA, AAA and Majors is based on who is in the event relative to how you have played in our events and your game changer… If you are in the upper eschelon of teams, you will be majors this weekend, if middle of the road, AAA and lower tier, AA…

Our priorities while schedule are
1. Competition.
2. Location.
3. Playing new teams.

Venues
We have several parks in play this weekend.
Northend Fields: Phil Johnson, Meadowdale, Marymoor, Sirius
Centrally Located: Heritage, Dacca
Southend Fields: RAC, LBA
Again, we will attempt to make geographical considerations on scheduling.

Locations for each age group will be available soon after ensuring team placement is accurate.

Teams
The Top Tier Cinco de Mayo tournament as at capacity with a growing waitlist. We have begun working on splitting some of the divisions to create competitive balances. The others will be done this week. Keep an eye on that list to ensure you are placed accurately.

Payment - all unpaid teams will be moved to the waitlist beginning Friday, April 3rd. This is 30 days before the start of the event. Please be sure to complete your payment to ensure your spot is secured.

You should expect a game scheduled approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of the event.
