Protests
Protests can be made on rules interpretations only – judgment calls are not subject to protest
All protests must happen immediately prior to the next pitch being thrown. Once play resumes, the opportunity to protest is lost
To initiate a protest, coaches should calmly request time out and inform one of the umpires that you would like to file a protest. At that moment, the game will stop and a Top Tier Sports tournament director will be contacted to resolve the protest. $100 cash is required for all filed protests. The cash will be refunded if the protest is deemed successful. For all denied protests, the $100 is non-refundable.
What a protest is NOT
- sending a parent to the tournament directors area
- calling a site supervisor / tournament director
- telling the umpires "we protest"
- waiting until after the game is over to voice the concern
PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROTOCAL FOR PROTESTS. THIS IS YOUR ONLY RECOURSE FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION.

Coaches and Families -
Apologies for the change from the original scheduling. There was a double booking at Marymoor Park with a non-sports related event on Saturday which will not allow for them to use any of the athletic fields. Unfortunately, this cause a ripple effect on more than just those games. We were required to shuffle some fields based on dimensions in order to make it all fit and flow smoothly. Please take a look for your changes and again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
