Thank you everyone for your patience and flexibility this week with all the schedule changes due to weather, school makeup practice / games, and issues with lights --- we are set. This was definitely wasn't the plan, so again thank you for your patience and flexibility.

Couple things to prepare you for Saturday's pool games:
All games 9u-12u will be 6 innings or no new inning after 1:30
All games 13u-14u will be 7 innings or no new after 1:45
All games are on as scheduled and playability will be determined by umpires and site staff in regards to weather on site at each location on a game by game basis. We will communicate through the app if we have any locations that are not or become unplayable.

Reminder no steel cleats and no seeds

Teams,
We spent the last 24 hours removing all games from dirt fields and onto turf fields. There are definitely some changes. Please view the app and/or website for the most recent version.

Here is what you should know:
- Being scheduled for turf now gives us a chance. The forecasted weather looks wet. We felt dirt fields would simply just not be playable. With that said, safety of the players remains our top priority. Games might require a delay and potentially even a cancellation. We will do our absolute best to provide timely updates to what is happening, and that may look different from complex to complex.
- Site directors will work with umpires to decide the playability of all scheduled games.
- Due to all of the shuffling, some gametimes will now have to be reduced to 1:30 on fields scheduled every 1:45 apart and 1:45 on fields scheduled every 2 hours apart on Saturday to allow everything to fit.
- Because all games are on turf, here is the reminder that any use of metal spikes and the consumption of sunflower seeds is subject to an ejection for the offending person and the coach. All of the parks strictly forbid it, so please adhere to these zero tolerance policies.

In summation, we are sorry for the drastic changes but are doing everything in our power to get games in. We know that schedule adjustments are difficult for planning purposes but appreciate the flexibility in advance. I'm sure we will have more updates to communicate for the rest of the week.
