Top Tier College Showcase NW Havoc 18U

Good afternoon everyone,

We have finalized and released the 2025 college showcase schedule! It is now visble on the Top Tier Sports website as well as the Top Tier App's. For those in need of hotels for blocks or individual rooms, use the link HERE for further information.

Coaches -

The schedule is 90% done for the College Showcase. We will start getting schedules delivered to the colleges. Here is what we need immediately from you.

1. If you are unpaid, go pay... We will not release schedules until all teams are paid. We are waiting on less than 10 teams. Please take care of this.

2. If you do not have your roster completed, please do this NOW. When we send the schedules to the colleges, they always ask for these as well. We will have packets for them upon arrival but this helps them plan for the event immesnly. You need to enter the roster into exposure. You can put all of the information in or you can send link for parents / players to enter. Please do not be the team without player information in the packet. Deadline for print is June 1. 3. Just a reminder, fields 1 & 3 at Puyallup Rec Center are shorter than most standard HS fields. Due to the nature of this event, we prioritze getting as many teams in the same location / area in order to maximize looks.

4. This is a Wood Bat Only event. Baum bats are allowed. All games are on fully turfed fields. No metal spikes or sunflower seeds are allowed.

5. Lookout for a "Cheat Sheet" from Kelly Gau. We will send this out in the coming weeks. The intent is to give the colleges your pitching rotations (along with brief notes on the arms) as well as your top couple, uncommitted players who they should keep an eye on or try and catch. We understand that could be a tough ask, it doesnt mean you don't think your other guys are recruitable, it just helps schools boil down what can at times be an overwhelming event.

6. We are working everyday on finalizing college coaches for the event. We will get a list out to all of you once we have this. We strongly encourage you to have your players do their research and get in touch with schools they are interested in prior to the event.

The College Showcase is at capacity. We are starting to form quite a large waitlist for this event. It is always easier to just tell people no shot when teams are paid so we know they are not just holding a spot. We do not like telling people to pay by a certain date or you will be removed so we just ask that you please take care of payment when you get a chance if you are 100% participating in the event this year. If you are not planning to play, please let me know. Thanks!
