We are excited to host your team and your families this weekend at our tournament.

-Please read this email in its entirety and pass it along to all coaches and parents to avoid issues during the event.

-To view your schedule and receive any event updates download the OGSports Tournament app from your app store or visit PCYBL.com.

-Food will be available at the concessions.

-Baseballs will be provided. Please have your team recover foul balls.

-Rules, please familiarize yourself with rules before the event. You can find them on the PCYBL website.

-Gates will open for your games no earlier than 60 minutes before the first scheduled game time.

-Facility Rules, ABSOLUTELY NO METAL CLEATS, sunflower seeds or sugar drinks at the Artificial Turf Fields!

-No dogs allowed

-No portable heaters or open flame warmers per school district rules.

-No bikes, scooters, skateboards or any other recreation wheeled devices.

There will be NO WARNING regarding the above topics. Your team will be removed from the event with no refund!
