THE PARK
Getting back to the baseball fields can be a little tricky. Simply enter the park and continue up the hill. Once you pass the pickle ball courts on your left, the next road to the right will take you back to the Yonah Complex about a mile down that road.

GATE FEES FOR THE WEEKEND
As you drive into the Yonah complex, everyone will pay an entry fee. The gate workers are high school students and poor behavior towards them will not be tolerated.

Adults = $10.00 per person per day
Seniors 65yrs+ = $7.00 per person per day
Kids 10yrs and above = $7.00 per person per day
Kids under 10yrs = FREE

We accept cash and cards

TOURNAMENT T--SHIRTS
We have a limited amount of tournament t-shirts available for sale on-site. The cost is $20 per shirt. We accept cash or cards.

CONCESSIONS
We will have various food vendors at the park during the weekend. The standard concession stand will be in operation, and they only accept cash but the other food truck type vendors should take cash or credit.

BATTING CAGES
The baseball complex only has two batting cages but there is plenty of field space in the front of the park on the older fields. Please come prepared to use an alternative pre-game warm-up method as the batting cage space is very limited.

THE WEATHER
Rain is in the forecast for Thursday and Friday. We will do all we can to get the games in BUT there has been a ton of rain on the fields prior to today. Please be patient with everyone as we work through the Friday weather. We will send out weather/schedule updates when they are available. DOWNLOAD OUR PHONE APP FOR UPDATES.

SKILLS CONTEST
The Friday skills contest is scheduled to start Friday at approximately 7:45pm on F1. It is our hope to start by 8:00pm but with potential weather delays we will have to update you as we move through the day on Friday. Friday games being played on Friday is definitely the priority.

CONDUCT/SPORTSMANSHIP
We hope that this weekend will be a great experience for everyone. We must remind everyone of our policy on behavior at our events......below is in our rules...

Southern Sports Promotions, and all facilities we participate at during our events, have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on behavior by players, parents, and coaches. This includes, but is not limited to,
- possession of alcohol on park property
- use of foul language
- any type harassment towards players, parents, coaches, umpires, gate entry personnel, tournament officials, park staff or others
- interference with games
Any individual who conducts themselves in an unsportsmanlike manner is subject to removal from the tournament, and from the park property, without further explanation. All head coaches are responsible for the behavior of their team. If it is deemed necessary, the head coach can be ejected from the game due to behavior of his/her players, parents, coaches, or team spectators. In extreme situations, teams can also forfeit games due to the behavior of their coaches, players, parents or team spectators.
