There is no entry into the park until 4pm on weekedays...please follow this rule


1. It is still an active construction site so it is NOT very handicap accessible at this point. Please let any of your fans know about this. If needing transportation we have a Gator with limited availability.
2. There is only 1 entrance open at this time in the middle of the parking lot. A pictures is attached here. Please do not try entering any other way as these are construction zones and if caught may be asked to leave and denied entry.
3. There is NO PARKING on grass or by the NX Level building. There are signs posted to not park in these areas please follow these rules or risk being towed.
3. Port O Pottys will be at that main entrance. No facilites inside the park
4. Light concessions will be available on site
5. Please make sure you are following all the rules sent out prior about the complex to avoid being expelled.
6. There is no gum or seeds allowed inside the facility anywhere so please leave these in your cars. If caught with these may be asked to leave.
7. Warm up areas will be towards the SW corner of the facility. There are other areas that are smaller but very limited on space inside the complex.
8. Please stay on gravel pathways and keep them clear of chairs and tents. These are the only approved access points inside the complex.

For teams playing games at Sullivan Campus this season:

CATHOLIC MEMORIAL ATHLETICS, LLC SULLIVAN CAMPUS RULES OF USE

The following Catholic Memorial Athletics, LLC Sullivan Campus Rules of Use (“Rules of Use”), as amended from time-to-time, will apply to all Facility Users, their representatives, participants, invitees, and guests. Any violation of these policies or Rules of Use may result in the group being prohibited from future use of Catholic Memorial Athletics, LLC facilities.

1. No tobacco or other drug use is permitted on any part of the Sullivan Campus. Alcohol is not allowed at Catholic Memorial Athletics, LLC Sullivan Campus (“Sullivan Campus”) without permit and permission.
2. Carry-in food and beverages are not allowed, except for bottled water. Bottled water brought on to the Sullivan Campus must have an unbroken seal at the time of entry.
3. NO GUM OR SEEDS. No food or sports drinks on turf.
4. NO METAL CLEATS – Molded cleats, turf shoes or athletic shoes only.
5. Batting or throwing practices directed into fences at the Sullivan Campus is not allowed. Damage to the fields or fences from this activity will be repaired and charged to the Facility User for the expenses incurred.
6. No dogs/pets are allowed at the Sullivan Campus.
7. Campus Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. each day. No game may begin before 8:00 a.m., nor start after 8:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. No new inning may start after 10:00p.m.
8. All vehicles must park in designated parking areas only. No parking on the grass.
9. All trash and recycling must be placed in appropriate receptacles.
10. Sales or fundraising of any kind without advanced written approval from CMA is not permitted.
11. In the event repairs or clean-up is necessary following your event, the Facility User will be billed for damages and/or labor in the sole discretion of CMA.
12. No stakes, corner flags, or bicycles allowed on the turf. Approved equipment only.
13. Tents or inflatables require permission – 30-day advance notice required.
14. Use of loudspeakers is not permitted. Sound amplification is only permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Music is limited to Bluetooth (or similar) speakers with less than 50 watts of total output power. Sound generated shall not exceed seventy-five decibels at any property line. All sound amplification shall be directed to the northwest, north or northeast only and away from residential locations.
15. Facility Users are responsible for their own First Aid supplies.
16. Nothing may be attached to any surface in or on the Premises without written permission from CMA.
17. All athletic field maintenance (i.e., raking, lining, alterations, snow removal and additions of material) must be completed by CMA personnel only.
18. All portable objects such as chairs, tents, etc. shall be removed immediately following the event.
19. No weapons, sharp objects, open flames, or flammable or toxic substances shall be brought onto or into the Sullivan Campus.
20. CMA must approve, in advance of usage, any advertising, marketing, or other materials utilizing the names of Catholic Memorial High School, the Sullivan Campus, Catholic Memorial Athletics, or any logos or graphics depicting the same. In addition, a Facility User may not promote any outside sponsors used in its materials without the written consent of CMA.
21. All concessions sales are the property of CMA unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both parties. If unapproved food/drink is brought in, Facility User may be asked to leave the Sullivan Campus. Team coolers with water are acceptable but MUST remain in the team dugout through the entirety of stay at the Campus.
22. Facility assignments and reservations are subject to change, with CMA reserving the right to reassign facilities based on CMA need and the size/type of scheduled use.
23. Informational signs may be allowed on the site during the period of use; however, all signs must be pre-approved and then completely removed from the site at the end of use. Any signage that requires staking into the ground will need to have the area “hotlined.” No tape other than painter’s tape please.
24. Facility User will be required to operate scoreboards. All games must provide their own score pads, line-up cards, etc.

As we begin to hopefully start playing games at the Sullivan Campus soon here I wanted to send out the complex rules so everyone is aware so we can continue to use the facility.

We had a team back out of our indoor tournament this weekend and need to fill there spot. Free spot to any U13 team that contacts me first. Game times are 9:45am and 1:15pm Saturday 4/5 and then bracket play Sunday 4/6. Please let me know ASAP. Details of the tournament here:

Want to experience the best baseball in the state?  Look no further than the WBA.  Since its inception more than 10 years ago this league has consistently hosted the best teams in the state hands down!!  Think your team has what it takes to challenge?  Come find out...registration for the 2025 season is now OPEN!!

Our format is consistent with other leagues in the area, but we just do it better.  Ease of scheduling, great website and app through Exposure Baseball to find your team and standings.  Top notch officials who take our games over others due to the quality of baseball they see.  There's a reason we continue to grow and it's because teams enjoy the experience, they have here with our league.  They actually have input in how its ruled and organized and feel a part of the league rather than just in it.

WBA Season and Special Events for 2025 will include:
– A season that will run from April 1st – July 11th, 2025...June 9th-July 31st for high school level
– The WBA will have a year-end tournament  July (14th-18th).   Championship games will take place at Lake Country Dockhounds Stadium

Registration, Approval and Fees:
Teams will need to register online for our league and then be approved by our board for entry into the WBA league. Registration will be done on an annual basis to keep the league strong and growing.

Team Fee:
The annual price for each team to participate in the league will be $550. (NOTE if you register and pay BEFORE Oct. 1st you pay only $500) With this fee you receive:
– 2 dozen high quality Wilson game balls
– Professional, easy to use website
– Post-season league tournament  to our league teams
- access to Sullivan Campus for home games

Umpire Fee:
In addition to the registration fee, teams are required to pay an umpire fee of $60 to $80 per game, and secure their own home field & provide proof of insurance.

Insurance:
All teams must provide proof of liability insurance.

Rules:
Please see a copy of our rules to learn what the WBA is all about. We will be having a coach’s meeting before the season starts to make sure all the rules are what you the coach’s would like meaning we are very willing to tweak rules to make sure teams are getting the experience they want from a league season.

Once again word is spreading fast so do not be left out in the cold and having to settle for one of those other leagues when if you act now you can get into the best league in the State…the WBA.
