Volcanoes Stadium is a privately run professional baseball stadium. Please see their rules below:

Volcanoes Stadium:
The facility charges $5.00 per car parking and $8.00 admission if not playing or coaching. Max of 3 coaches per team, including scorekeeper. The Sky Boxes will be available for purchase this weekend for an additional fee.

No Sunflower Seeds
No Sugary Drinks
No Chewing Gum
No Dogs
No Outside Food or Drinks Except Water Bottles

Concessions will be available.

Please direct any questions regarding Volcanoes stadium to the stadium staff.

We are excited to host your team and your families this weekend at our tournament.

-Please read this email in its entirety and pass it along to all coaches and parents to avoid issues during the event.

-To view your schedule and receive any event updates download the OGSports Tournament app from your app store or visit PCYBL.com. All weather updates will be posted here. All fields are prepared and ready for play as of 6pm Friday evening.

-Baseballs will be provided. Please have your team recover foul balls.

-Rules, please familiarize yourself with rules before the event. You can find them on the PCYBL website.

-Gates will open for your games no earlier than 60 minutes before the first scheduled game time.

-Facility Rules, ABSOLUTELY NO METAL CLEATS, sunflower seeds or sugar drinks on Artificial Turf Fields!

-No dogs allowed at any of the ballparks.

-No portable heaters or open flame warmers per school district rules.

-No bikes, scooters, skateboards or any other recreation wheeled devices.

There will be NO WARNING regarding the above topics. Your team will be removed from the event with no refund!

Weather update will be posted by 6:30 AM for natural grass/dirt fields if needed. All Artificial Turf fields will start as scheduled.
