We are excited to host your team and your families this weekend at our tournament.

-Please read this email in its entirety and pass it along to all coaches and parents to avoid issues during the event.

-To view your schedule and receive any event updates download the OGSports Tournament app from your app store or visit PCYBL.com.

-Food will be available at the concessions.

-Baseballs will be provided. Please have your team recover foul balls.

-Rules, please familiarize yourself with rules before the event. You can find them on the PCYBL website.

-Gates will open for your games no earlier than 60 minutes before the first scheduled game time.

-Facility Rules, ABSOLUTELY NO METAL CLEATS on portable mounds.

-No portable heaters or open flame warmers per park rules.

-No bikes, scooters, skateboards or any other recreation wheeled devices.

There will be NO WARNING regarding the above topics. Your team will be removed from the event with no refund!

After much debate we have had to make the tough decision to not use Keizer Little League due to safety concerns. We have been able to secure Delta Park this weekend to replace Keizer Little League. This is a tough decision to make, and hope everyone understands. We will schedule teams closest to the park first and furthest from the park last as best we can. With just being a one day tournament we feel this is the best decisipn for the tournament. We will have the schedule out this evening.
