SATURDAY JULY 13:
7:15am - RCBC Black and WSW 18u Showcase will arrive at the College Field and get warmed up
8am-8:30am - Both teams will go through a Private IF/OF pregame with CCC Coach
8:30am-10:30am - RCBC Black and WSW 18u Showcase Game (after game both teams will go on tour...see below)
10:15am - Greenberry Athletics and Maniacs Arrive at CCC
10:30am-11:30am - Coach will take RCBC, Greenberry, WSW, and Maniacs players and families through a tour.
11:30-12pm - Greenberry Athletics and Maniacs will warm up on the field
12pm-12:30pm - Both teams will go through a Private IF/OF pregame with CCC Coach
12:30pm-2:30pm - Greenberry Athletics vs Maniacs Game
2:15pm - RBI and Vancer Baseball arrive at CCC
2:30pm-3:30pm - RBI and Vancer Baseball will go on tour of CCC
3:30pm-4pm - RBI and Vancer Baseball will warm up on the field
4pm-4:30pm - Both teams will go through a Private IF/OF pregame with CCC Coach
4:30pm-6:30pm - RBI vs Vancer Baseball Game

General Information
COLLEGE SHOWCASE/CAMP - 16u/17u/18u Teams Only:
All teams will play 3 games, 1 Friday (as early as 2pm), 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday
**There are no awards/prizes as this is a College Showcase event.
**Saturday all teams will participate in a private workout with the Clackamas CC coaching staff before their game.

ENTRY FEE:
$1,250
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT: 1 Gm Friday between 2pm-Dark, 1 Gm Saturday (Private workout w/ staff before game), 1 Gm Sunday between 8a-4p
ENTRY DEADLINE: 2 weeks prior to event (or when sold out-6 TEAM MAX)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE: No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event
GATE FEES: There may be a $5/day gate fee for all spectators 13 and older at this event. Players and Coaches are Free
LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.
We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss. Some events run a very strict "Stay to Play" as they require a large amount of umpires/staff and we can earn rooms for the umpires. Other events are very loose.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - This applies to all National and Platinum events (AZ, Border Wars, Bend, NW Club Championships, and Vegas Desert Fall Classic). If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
