We are excited to host your team and your families this weekend at our tournament.

-Please read this email in its entirety and pass it along to all coaches and parents to avoid issues during the event.

-To view your schedule and receive any event updates download the Premier Sports Tournaments app from your app store or visit PCYBL.com.

-Tournament merchandise will be available on-site.

-Rules, please familiarize yourself with PST rules before the event. You can find them on both the PCYBL website or the PST App.

-Bat Rules, 8u-14u, alll baseball bats in PCYBL will be either “BBCOR”, “BPF 1.15”, or “USABaseball” certified, or wood bats. Use of an illegal/altered bat shall be considered unsportsmanlike conduct and the player and Head Coach shall be ejected from the game.

-Gates will open for your games no earlier than 60 minutes before the first scheduled game time.

-Facility Rules, ABSOLUTELY NO METAL CLEATS, sunflower seeds or sugar drinks at the Artificial Turf Fields! There will be NO WARNING regarding this topic. Your team will be removed from the event with no refund!

-No dogs allowed

-No bikes, scooters, skateboards or any other recreation wheeled devices.

-Baseballs will be provided. Please have your team recover foul balls.

-Volcanoes Stadium, this facility charges $5.00 per car parking and $8.00 admission if not playing or coaching.
