All -

Please see the schedule for the GSL College Showcase. We attempted to meet as many schedule requests as possible. There is a ton that goes into this event so please do not ask for any adjustments to the schedule. They will not be made. As always - there will be the most traffic Tuesday - Friday during the bulk of the pool play games vs. the weekend. We will have the list of coaches in attendance emailed out shortly as well so you can reach out to them with any players to watch or pitchers who will be throwing when... There is an added notes section in the rosters this year for player notes that we will get to the coaches as well. All roster information is due by this Friday in order to be put into the booklet that is distributed to all the schools at no cost. Please do not be the group who does not have rosters in. If there is no roster online, your roster is not done.

Coaches -

We just sent out the roster link for anyone who needs to make any edits. Please complete this before the weekend so we can take to print on Monday. If you do not have it in before Monday, July 1st, your team and players will not be part of the roster booklet we distribute to the schools in attendance. If you have rostering questions, please contact Derek Bingham at derekb@seattleelitebaseball.com.

Coach -

I am starting the schedule for the showcase and am hoping to have completed by this Monday, June 24th. Could everyone please take a look at their division and let me know if you are in the correct spot? You can consider the divisions similar to a gold and silver or premier and elite (Division 1 being the top). There is a chance we split the division 2 into multiple brackets to help with scheduling and competition. You have until the end of day today for us to make a division adjustment.

General Information

Our Staff reserves the right to adjust divisions as we see fit based on college commitments, season results and makeup of the event. Choosing the appropriate division is crucial for your players recruitment opportunities and to maximize innings played. We have a range of Pro Scouts & Division 1 schools to NAIA and D3 schools looking for JV players. There are 7 fields going at once and an entire division will play at the same time (when possible) so schools will NOT be choosing one group over the other.

Division 1
is for the top 40 teams in the event. By selecting this division, the majority (75%) of your players will play in college and you are a team who regularly finishes in the top 4 of every tournament they participate in.

Division 2 is for the middle 20 teams in the event. By selecting this division, you are saying that you have a roster where about 50% of them will participate in college. You are a team who regularly wins their pool but does not typically advance to semifinals or championships of events.

Division 3 is for the remaining 20 teams in the event. By selecting this division, you are saying that you have a roster where about 25-40% of them will participate in college. You are a team that occasionally wins their pool but it is not expected to play in the semifinals or championships of every event.
