Art Wright Tournament Families,
We are thrilled that your team has chosen to participate in this year's Art Wright Memorial Day tournament. We have over 400 teams and approximately 6,000 young athletes competing this weekend, and cannot wait to see how it plays out! In order to provide the best experience possible to all involved, we wanted to make you aware of a few rules and guidelines for the weekend, as well as ALL Premier Sports Tournaments events.
Fan Behavior & Expectations
- Please be courteous to all tournament staff, officials, and umpires. The umpires DO have the ability to eject fans that are being unruly and/or disruptive. Any fans ejected will not be allowed back for the entire event
- There is absolutely NO ALCOHOL allowed at these complexes. Failure to comply will be a removal of fans who are drinking. If continued, your team will be removed from the entire event immediately without refund
Gate Fees
Some select locations this weekend will have gate fees for entry. Please be aware ahead of time - the rates are as follows:
Daily Gate Pass
- $5 per person, per day
- Cash or Venmo are accepted
- 18U & under - FREE
Season Family Pass
- The season family pass covers ALL family members for the entire Premier Sports Tournaments season (NW events only)
- The pass is $40 per family; this can be purchased on site via your phone, or ahead of time at the following link:

Pitching Restrictions
Reminder that all players participating in a game this weekend are required to be on your roster. Any unrostered players are subject to protest and removal from contest. This takes 2-3 minutes to send invites to entire roster and 30-45 seconds for each player to fill in the information and sign waivers. Players can be invited via your leagues app dashboard under the season registration where it says "invite players".
