Top Tier March Madness

With the Top Tier March Madness tournament starting tomorrow, we wanted to send a reminder as to how GameChanger will work for the weekend:

- The GameChanger Tournament Process is attached to this message. All GameChanger admins should review this in its entirety prior to scoring the games

- ALL games should be scored by teams using the game with the "Top Tier March Madness" footer on your team schedules. These games will still count in your team’s overall season statistics; they will also be counted within our tournament for records, statistics, etc.

- Please be sure to enter your opponent's lineup using players already on their roster - do not creare new players unless they do not exist. The games are set up with both teams for this purpose - you should not have to create new players

- All pool play & first round bracket games (for divisions without pool play) games have been loaded into each respective tournament, and in turn, on each team's individual GameChanger schedules

- As the tournament progresses, Top Tier staff will add games that are dependent on the winners & losers of preceding games

NOTE: Failure to score the correct game will result in those player statistics not being counted correctly within the tournament, thus impacting our all-tournament team selection process

Facilities
every field is turf, with the exception of Heritage 4 Sunday. With that said, we have a zero tolerance regarding the following:
-metal spikes on turf
-sunflower seeds

anyone caught with metal cleats or sunflower seeds may be ejected. A second infraction from the same team will result in removal of the team. The parks have strong policies for us to adhere to, please support us by following these expectations.

Good Evening Baseball Teams!

We are in the process of starting to schedule Top Tier March Madness (3/8-9).

We have begun splitting up divisions geographically and/or competively.
We would like to get you a schedule much earlier than in previous years (2-3 weeks prior to the event) and pin down the locations for each age group!

If you have objections with your current placement, please email matt.creaser@toptiersports.net

In order to do this, there are some things teams must do:
1. Complete your payment within 30 days of the event (that is this weekend).
Unpaid teams will at that point be moved to the wait list

2. Get your roster online and waivers electronically signed by parents.

In the coming weeks, you will also receive a link to join the event on gamechanger. Keep an eye out for that email.
