8:45 AM KLEINMAN PARK UPDATE:
We just received a call from the City of Mesa Parks Director.
Unfortunately, they have CLOSED their fields for the day and we are being forced to cancel all remaining games at that location. Although we offered to try to get them ready ourselves, the City of Mesa will not allow us to do so. All teams affected by this rainout will be contacted on Monday regarding refund options.

8:00 AM SNEDIGAR FIELD UPDATE:
We just had another storm hit Snedigar this morning. We are working hard to get Fields 1, 2, 3, and 4 ready for 10am starts, but Fields 5 and 6 may be around 10:30am starts.
We are going to leave games on as scheduled at 10am (just in case we can get them there early), but please be patient with us and the great staff/crews at Snedigar Park, we are working hard to get these fields ready for you.

WEATHER UPDATE, 5:15 AM SUNDAY MARCH 25:
Due to heavy overnight rains we have been forced to alter some games and times, see below for the details:
KLEINMAN PARK
Field 1 8am game is now at 10am on Snedigar Park Field 5.
Field 2 8am game is now at 4pm on Snedigar Park Field 6.
We will plan to try and start other games at Kleinman Park at 12pm.
-Original 10:15am games are now at 12pm
-Original 12:15pm games are now at 2pm
-Original 2:15pm games are now at 4pm
**We will release another update on these field conditions no later than 10am at Kleinman Park**
SNEDIGAR PARK
The 8am game on Field 5 between Icon and Slammers is CANCELLED
All 6 Fields will now have 10am start times.
All Age Divisions at Snedigar Park will play 1:45 min no new inning games (out of respect for teams traveling tonight, we have to shorten the 13u and 14u games slightly)
**We will release another update on these field conditions no later than 8am at Snedigar Park**
ARIZONA ATHLETIC GROUNDS
There are no changes to the games scheduled at this complex as the fields are Turf and are ready to play.
ALL CHANGES ARE ACCURATELY REFLECTED ON THE CURRENT SCHEDULE/APP
REMINDER - There are NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED AT ARIZONA ATHLETIC GROUNDS.

LEVELS: Majors & AAA (9u-14u)
ENTRY FEE:
4 Game Guarantee - $995
6 Game Guarantee - $1,295
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT:
6 GAME FORMAT: Teams will play in two (2) Spring Training games on Thursday, than begin standard tourney format starting Friday
4 GAME FORMAT: Teams will begin play on Friday as early as 8am. Format can very from pool play to playoffs format to straight bracket play for entire event.
**Teams may be eliminated by end of day Saturday.
**There may be other formats used depending on the layout of a division
ENTRY DEADLINE: March 1, 2024 (Or earlier if event fills)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 1 week before the event
GATE FEES: There will be a gate fees at each location for this event. Gate fees vary by location, contact Director for details.
**Arizona Athletic Grounds run their own gate fee program, these fees are in the $10 per day per person range. There is also $5/day parking fees at Arizona Athletic Grounds (this is new policy that just got sent to us as the facility changed ownership groups).
**All other venues will have a $10/day per person gate fee (Cash/venmo).
***For all Gate Fees, Coaches and Players are always free
