Description
The Northwest Club Championships will host the largest and most competitive clubs in the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to compete in the finest event in the Northwest and be crowned the top Club for the 2024 season! The HS divisions will be combined with the annual Baden Tournament and hosted by Seattle Elite Baseball in the Seattle/Tacoma area

General Information
PLATINUM EVENT:
Only Championship Bracket will receive Awards Packages (no Silver or Consolation brackets)
(Premium Team 1st Place, Premium Team 2nd Place, Premium Individual 1st Place awards, Premium Individual 2nd place awards)
ENTRY FEE:
15u/16u: $1,150 (4 Game Guarantee)
18u: $1,500 (5 Game Guarantee)
*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees
FORMAT: Varies by Division, based on Team Numbers
**Some divisions may use different formats depending on the number of teams entered, field slots available, etc.**
ENTRY DEADLINE: 2 weeks prior to event (or when sold out)
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event
GATE FEES: There will be gate fees at various locations. $5/day per person, 13 and older. Coaches and Players are FREE
LODGING PROGRAM:
All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website.
We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss. Some events run a very strict "Stay to Play" as they require a large amount of umpires/staff and we can earn rooms for the umpires. Other events are very loose.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - This applies to all National and Platinum events (AZ, Border Wars, Bend, NW Club Championships, and Vegas Desert Fall Classic). If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
