General Information
Welcome to the 2025 WCP League of Tourneys!
This All-New League will offer your team a chance to play for something more than just a Tournament Championship at qualifying events during the 2025 season!
**Participating in this League will save entry fee costs compared to playing in the tournaments without being a part of the League.
FORMAT:
14 Games Minimum (Could play more depending on tournament performance)
**Teams will get 10 games minimum at 3 qualifying regional events + 4GG Championship Event held during the 2025 NW World Series.
DIVISIONS (Based on Region)
West Division (SW Wa/Portland Teams)
East Division (Tri-Cities, Boise Teams)
Central Division (Seattle, Wenatchee, and any other Eastern WA team)
TOURNAMENTS BY REGION AND GAME MINIMUM
West - Border Wars (3), Portland Father's Day (3), OR State Championships (4)
East - Season Kick-Off (4), Bombs 4 Moms (3), Tri-Cities Father's Day (3)
Central - Wenatchee Valley Season Kick-Off (3), Tri-Cities Father's Day (3), Wenatchee Valley Freedom Days (4)
League Championships (ALL TEAMS) - July 18-20 at the NW World Series
DETAILS:
League Teams will compete in 3 pre-determined tournaments in their region as part of the normal tournament. League Teams will mix in with all other teams in the tourney, these will NOT be separated divisions for League Play. League teams may or may not face off in these Tourneys....points are earned for ANY Win in a tournament vs ANY opponent.
League teams will play eachother directly at the League Championships during the NW World Series (and seeded based on Division Standings) in Portland/Vancouver. League teams will be in their own Division and will NOT compete against non League teams in the WCP NW World Series.
PRICING:
9u-10u Divisions: $2,750
11u-12u Divisions: $3,250
13u Division: $3,500
14u Division: $3,750
***Teams can REGISTER today and select PAY LATER to hold their spots in each regional tournament
***Full Team Payments are due IN FULL no later than January 31st, 2025
***Teams that sign up to play in the League and choose to back out of a tourney will be removed from the League and ALL remaining Tournaments and NO REFUND will be available.
