Southern Sports' Future Prospects Showcase features the All-Tournament Team players from tournaments throughout the season. Players will participate in a testing showcase, receive an online profile and see how they rank against players within the weekend event as well as nationally. All players will play in a traditional tournament with other All-Tournament Team players and will receive a jersey, event ring and more. THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT IS JULY 7th.

- A professional testing evaluation, and percentile ranking within the event and nationally.  Along with an online profile with results, pictures and videos of the player.

Southern Sports is excited to partner with Premier Baseball Events to offer a special opportunity for your player to participate in a performance-based evaluation that includes the following:
1) Arm/Max Velo
2) Exit Velo
3) 5-10-5 (from both sides)
4) Grip Strength (both hands)
5) Broad Jump
6) Med Ball Toss (each side)
7) 30-yard dash (with a 10-yard split)

At the conclusion of the testing, each player will receive an online account with a customized profile. The profile will include all of their testing data, and a comparison to athletes within the weekend event, and from across the country.  The profile will also include an image of the athlete and any /picturesvideos that were taken of the player.  Videos could include swinging, throwing and running.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT for SATURDAY & SUNDAY
Continuing this very unique event, teams will be formed for a traditional 3-game guarantee tournament.  There will be two pool play games on Saturday, and then a single elimination bracket on Sunday, weather permitting.

Formation of teams will be based on making all teams competitive BUT also with a desire to form each team based on geographical location (i.e. North Gwinnett, South Forsyth, North Georgia, South Carolina and so forth).  The geographical philosophy will be dependent on the distribution of players attending, but the goal is to create a fun tournament with some rivalry components.

Coaches will be selected from teams that have played with Southern Sports in the past. The selection of coaches will be a based on game day coaching, as well as the highest level of sportsmanship.
