OPENING CEREMONIES will start at 6:30 Friday night at Eagle Stadium
ALL GAMES 1hr 50min no new inn 
Mercy Rules 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
Pool Play games CAN end in a tie
International Tie Breaker after 7 inn Pool Play (1 inn only if still under time limit)
International Tie Breaker after 7 inn Championship or games needing winner to determine Bracket Play
Ties in Pool Play seeding (w/l, RA and RS if still tied, team with most games played or coin toss)
18u Division Championship 1 seed vs 2 seed
16u Division Championship 1 seed vs Winner of 2 seed vs 3 seed Game
16u Division Consolation Games for 3rd Game (4 seed - 7 seed)
