Description

Come & play in the inaugural Southern Sports World Series on the Georgia Coast! The Southern Sports World Series will be played at the North Glynn Rec Complex, Adam Wainwright Field and surrounding facilities.

• $625.00-$900.00 entry fee
• 4 game guarantee

General Information

ENTRY FEE
8u-10u: $625 per team
11u-13u: $725 per team
14u-15u: $800 per team
16u-17u: $900 per  team
Payment is required by May 1, 2021

INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE
PER PERSON PER DAY: $5.00
UNDER 10yrs: FREE

Teams must be ready to play Thursday morning at 10am.

FORMAT
3 pool play games into single elimination tournament. 
Bracket play will begin either Saturday afternoon or Sunday, depending on how many teams participate.

AWARDS 
RINGS for 1st and 2nd place teams in each age group.

STAY TO PLAY EVENT
This is a stay to play event. Any team traveling over 75 miles to play is required to stay in one of the tournament hotels. You can find those hotels here: Southern Sports World Series Hotels
Teams are expected to book 30 hotels room in any combination (10 rooms for 3 nights, 7 rooms for 4 nights and 1 room for 2 nights, etc.). Teams wanting to opt out of the stay and play event can pay a $200 team surcharge.

SCHEDULING REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Southern Sports Promotions makes every effort to accommodate a team’s scheduling request.  Sometimes requests cannot be honored but we do consider ALL requests. 

IF THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER, BECAUSE OF THE EXPENSES OF RUNNING THIS OUT OF TOWN TOURNAMENT, AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $250.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM REFUNDS. 1 game played equals a a 50% refund. 2 games played-no refund. No refunds after June 1.
