** PROJECTED locations are not guaranteed locations but we will do our very best to align our events based on our location PROJECTIONS. Registration volume in each division may dictate changes to age group locations prior to the event.

Some of the parks that we play at, do not allow individual gates to be set-up. In lieu of the individual gate fee listed above, a team gate fee will be collected prior to the start of the tournament. If your team is at one of these parks, the Team Gate Fee is $150.00 for the weekend. Your team's park location will be determined once the schedule is released. The parks that currently do not allow individual gates are Bennett Park, Coal Mountain Park and Rhodes Jordan Park. Team gate fees can be paid online prior to the event, or prior to your first game.
Other than those three parks, we will always have an individual gate fee.
FORMAT: All teams will play two pool games, and then split into a Sunday single elimination championship bracket. With enough teams entered, division brackets can be separated further into gold and silver Sunday brackets.
TEAMS CHOOSE DIVISION (at registration) –This event is for teams that play at the Single A level. ONLY SINGLE A TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THIS EVENT. Southern Sports reserves the right to remove teams that do not fit the criteria required to compete in this event.
AWARDS: RINGS will be awarded to all players on 1st and 2nd place teams in each division. One ring is available to the head coach as well.
TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THIS EVENT: All teams must pay in full to secure their team’s spot in this event. If your team needs additional time to get a payment in to us, we will hold your spot for 5 business days. After 5 business days, your team’s spot will be in jeopardy of going to another team who pays their entry fee prior to your payment. Within 7 days of an event, all payments are due immediately upon registering.
If the event becomes full, unpaid teams will be notified via email that they have been placed on our waiting list
SCHEDULING REQUESTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME: Southern Sports Promotions makes every effort to accommodate a team’s scheduling request. Sometimes requests cannot be honored but we do consider ALL requests. There are only two ways for a team to submit a scheduling request, and all requests must be made through these channels no later than 8pm the Monday prior to the event……1) On the initial registration form that is completed on-line or 2) submitting the request via email@example.com.
When submitting a request, please list the name of the event in the “subject line”. In the body of the email please list age, team name, and event.
SCHEDULE RELEASE: By 11:59pm on Wednesday night.
